With 12 out of 12 precincts reporting and 94% of the votes, Frederick McCann has declared victory in his run for the Portland Water District.
The campaign thanks every one of the nearly twenty-four thousand voters who cast votes for Frederick McCann and to the many people who petitioned or signed petitions to get him on the ballot.
